The Representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Free Association members made the presentation of the journal, Libera: The power of the idea, the state's role in modern societies, a work of the expert economist and former president of the National Bank of Bolivia Juan Antonio Morales. The magazine also has the signatures of Carlos Buitrago, Juan Pablo Chamon and Veronica Querejazu guest commentator.
The event, held at the Radisson Hotel lounge Illimani, attendance exceeded expectations and left pleased to organizers, authors and the general public. Subsequently, a cocktail allowed fraternization among all.
